yeah, most probably is all due to the fact that i had no idea about the values changing after hiring, and that the initial shown values are the "average" ones.

Only by chance did i think it was all because of leaving them home lol.

I noticed that my companions lose skill points whenever i leave them at home, like my page, who had leadership at 10 and went down to 8 when i left him home and pick him up later. Same happened to my big guy.

Is this ok or is it a bug or something?
