80 runes push watermills past 60 which is all i care about, so i can cut volcanite with steel HQ chisels. you can use cato leather which is not very hard to obtain.

I recently learned the hardway a runic handmill cannot be used in a megalithic building site. no problem.. i am wondering though, are either of the two recently added mills, able to be used in a factory/megalithic building site?
