You might want to write to support@virtys.com , not sure if they can check what happened if you provide your char name and time when this occured, but it's worth a try.

If you want the Devs to check something inGame for you it's usually best to send a mail to *support@virtys.com*. Remember to put in your and your alts name and if possible the date/time when you sent the axe.

Habe Enowen in der deutschen Datenbank nicht gefunden, dafür Enorwen... -> So schnell führt hier manchmal ein kleiner Buchstabe dazu, dass der Ort nicht richtig erkannt wird.
In drei Fällen jetzt durch das richtig *Nowingen* ersetzt.

nja offene Übersetzungsstelle ist so ein Ding. nuerte bedding has 34 comfort and 26 prestige giving you with basestat 20 comfort and 10 prestige:

0,8*34+20=47,2 comfort
0,9*26+10=33,3 prestige


I usually bumb up prestige with the decoration (some sculpture possibly)
