In fact, I was able to craft lvl 84 with the help of someone looting a new rune 80 on Iriza, crafting a compass 5...

Got the 2.4% up on Palvisim as well. Now Foundry at 84.
Engineering 89 with Top wingu spying case, 3.3% got me enough for top runic tools
