Message to the wrong player

I accidently send some stuff to the wrong player, is it possible to get the stuff back, if the player is inactive/not willing to send the stuff back?

Ich habe außversehen nem falschen Spieler einiges an Zeug geschickt. Ist es möglich das Zeug wieder zu bekommen, falls der Spieler inaktiv ist/es nicht wiedergeben will?

Hi,
If the "wrong" player is inactive or don't take the object, the message will be back after 7 days.
If he take the object, just try to ask him to give it back to you...

If you have no answer and no "message back" after 7 days, you can send a mail to support@virtys.com
With your character name, server, the name of the "wrong" player and the stuff you sent.. and the moment you sent the message.
