Login Probleme

Hallo,
ich habe seid heute Mittag login Probleme.
Nach dem Klick auf "Spielen" lädt das Spiel entweder gar nicht, oder es ändert sich die URL Leiste. Im Inkognitomodus, komme ich bis nach den Ladeschirm mit dem blauen Balken (vermutlich in die Engine).

Ist das Problem serverweit oder ein lokales?

Folgendes habe ich schon unternommen:
    - Browser und Silverlight Cache geleert
    - Inkognitomodus (in dem das Spiel nach Updates immer läuft)
    - Verschiedene Browser getestet (Ffx, Chrome, Edge, IE)
    - Rechner neu gestartet
    -> das ganze noch mal von vorne

SOLUTION: The Problem was the Guest Network of my Router. Out of Guest network, the game wasn't able to connect.

Have try our Client ? You can download it on the main page of the website : www.theriansaga.com
It prevents compatibility problems between silverlight and browsers

I'm using Firefox ESR, developed to work with silverlight. Never had Problems with that.

Running on Win10 with Creators Update installed
I've downloadet the client a few Months ago, never worked. I now downloaded it again, run the .exe . (runs successfully) Should give Desktop and Startmenu entry (logs). Nothing there. Go to C:\Progx86\Therian . Executed the .msi -> nothing happens

Funny Thing: Installing Steam Therian App resolves in the same error. Press "Play" and the Game Crushes.

Are you playing at home ? Or somewhere else like job, hostel, school... with a public wifi ?
Ports 80, 943 and 4510 must be open.

To install correctly the Client, you must be Admin in your computer (install "as Admin" doesn't work).
If you install the Steam client, you will not have access to your Virtys account.

Have you try : completely uninstall the game and silverlight, clear cache, and use something like Ccleaner to be sure it's ok.
Then reinstall silverlight. And/or the Client.

If you play at home and be sure ports are open, and after trying reinstall the game -> please send us a mail (support@virtys.com)

I'm playing at home
On windows i have never blocked or locked ports. Only on parallell installed Linux (Ubuntu)

Steps: (on admin)
  • uninstalled all Therian Stuff
  • uninstalled silverlight
  • cleared browser cache
  • run CC Cleaner
  • reinstalled client
  • same issue

well thats bad, but thank you for your help

i didn't do anything more, but it works now.

Hello,

i had the same issue today. Nothing worked.

I read about all the posts and came across the "check your router etc". So i got to fritz.box and noticed i wasn't able to connect to the router. So after a little bit of guessing, i noticed i was in the Guest Network. I switched to home network and tadaa.

So obviously the Fritzbox Guest network is Blocking the connection to the server! I havn't found anything in the Settings, can somebodey please check if the error is on all devices?
