My twink Lars_Holz has old quests which he took on more than a year ago. Now he cannot fulfill those quests any more.
The quests are still there, but they cannot be solved.
Can anyone help me?

It would probably be best, if you could list the quests by name.

For some quests, you Need to have the stuff in your bag, instead of your job-chest. But yeah, would be helpful to list the quests by Name and state, what you have to do for them.

The quests I cannot fulfill are
- Papierfetzen
- Der alte Speer
for example.
In "Papierfetzen" I have three of the four neessary "werenische Pergamente", have isited all of the plaes but cannot find the fourth any more.
In "Der alte Speer" I cannot find the pieces although I also visited all of the places.

I have done those quests with my other twinks already therefore I know what to do

They should have been there, but they weren´t.
