As you're on Windows, forget the browser version and use the Client.
Usually if you can see your characters but not connect one on the server, the problem come from the ports.
Some tips :
- restart modem/box
- be sure that ports 81, 910 and 4510 are open
- verify that your antivirus, firewall and other security softwares don't block our websites (
http://www.theriansaga.com and play.theriansaga.com), Client and Silverlight
And be sure Client and Silverlight are uptodate.
- Uninstall them
- Use a cleaner software (like Ccleaner, both Clean and Register)
- Download our Client and the right version of SL (

- Install SL, install the Client
