¡Hola! Desde ayer no puedo acceder al juego a través del cliente. Estaba actualizado a la versión 1.21, pero ayer de pronto dijo que había una nueva actualización, le di a OK y crasheó. Cuando volví a abrirlo estaba en la versión 1.20 (WTF) y ahora no actualiza y crashea cuando le doy a OK en el mensaje de actualizar después de jugar. He probado a reinstalar el cliente pero nada funciona, y no sé cómo entrar en el juego a través del navegador. ¿Alguien puede ayudarme?

It was not an udpate yesterday, just a technical maintenance. On the left side, you can see "1.21" and the date of the last changing on the database (game or technical changing).
If you play with the Client, clic right, select Silverlight and on the last tab, choose "clear all". And restart. Verify that your antivirus, firewall etc accept the game, silverlight and that the ports 80, 943 and 4510 are open.

Same problem. I've just do what you tell me, but it doesn't works. I click on "clear all" and restart the game, but when I click on play it shows me a message of an update and crash, back to the desktop and close the game. On web, I click on play but the web says me that I've to install Silverlight, but it's installed yet!!

If it's not enough, as said before
- clear the cache of your browser and the memory of silverlight
- restart browser and/or client
- try something like Ccleaner
- verify firewall and antivirus (the have to accept silverlight, and the adresse of the game)
- verify that the port 80, 943 and 4510 are open (firewall and modem)
- try to uninstall silverlight and the Client, download the Client again and reinstall
- restart your modem and computer

I have no other idea for the moment

Me pasa lo mismo.. no puedo ni actualizar ni entrar...
Tampoco puedo jugar con el navegador ya que cuando le doy me dice que requiero bajar la app...

A ver si se soluciona... empezé hace pocos dias y mira por donde... no puedo seguir ((

PD: uffff. ahora me he desconectado de la pagina web y no me reconoce el login ni el pass.... juas... como si ya no tuviera cuenta jajajaj... esto no puede ser.... helppp

Hola a todos espero se encuentren bien, afortunadamente puedo jugar desde el navegador (Internet Explorer), sin embargo tengo el mismo problema al intentar jugar desde el cliente, he hecho lo siguiente para tratar de solucionar este problema sin resultados:

1.- Desinstalar Therian Saga y Silverlight.
2.- Descargar Ccleaner y efectuar la limpieza del equipo
3.- Reiniciar
4.- Descargar e instalar Therian Saga.

Al presionar la palabra "OK" el juego debería cargarse de nuevo e instalar la versión actual, en vez de eso se sale.

PD: Antes de la actualización a la nueva versión podía jugar perfectamente desde el cliente, Saludos!!

Has probado a limpiar el "Cache" de tu navegardor?

o intenta jugar con otro navegador, gogle crhome tiene problemas para correr el juego dado que usa silverlight de microsoft... si usas opera o firefox no tendras ningun problema... saludos
