Newest Firefox version no longer supports Silverlight
Newest Firefox version no longer supports Silverlight
Starting version 52, Firefox will stop supporting Silverlight plugin. If you use Firefox to play this game and accidentally upgrade your Firefox browser, you will have to download a previous version and reinstall it, and perhaps disable the auto update option as well.

Re: Newest Firefox version no longer supports Silverlight
Setting plugin.load_flash_only to false in about:config helped me.
Re: Newest Firefox version no longer supports Silverlight
Any other fixes for this? I couldnt find plugin.load_flash_only in the about:config
Anyone know of another way to get back to a firefox that will allow for silverlight to work?

I uninstalled Firefox version 52, then downloaded and reinstalled the previous version (51.0.1).
Re: Newest Firefox version no longer supports Silverlight
plugin.load_flash_only has to be added as new boolean key there with "false" value
another alternative (recommended by Firefox) - switching to ESR build (whatever it is - but googlable)

Or, you could use internet explorer. Don't need to use it for anything else, just this game.
Re: Newest Firefox version no longer supports Silverlight
I think keep using an outdated version of a browser is a bad idea out of security reasons. There are other options too, like Ambrielle sugested, use IE, or maybe chrome (only for the game). I use the stand alone client , which I like, because it keeps the game seperated from the browser. Which is a good thing if you're used to have 20 or more tabs open on your browser. Iwouldn't like to have more tabs for all my toons too.
Re: Newest Firefox version no longer supports Silverlight
Hi,
My recommandation would be to use IE if you do not like the Client version. In fact, on many computer, the IE version is faster than with the late Firefox.
No need to use IE for your other web stuff, set the home page of IE to www.theriansaga.com and use it only for the game.
This is what I do when i'm not on the game client.

Maybe you could add other alternatives to the following page :
http://www.theriansaga.com/SilverlightNotDetected.aspx
Eventually through a "more options" link so that the 2 "recommended" options are the only ones directly visible.
