Turquoise Quarry

Postby Carnubius » Fri 06 May 2016, 20:05

I've built a quarry in both the Shortblades and the Silver Mountains, and I can't extract turquoise (17) in either (no gems tab). In one I have a simple rail (16) and in the other I have a complex (30). What is it I have missed or done wrong that won't allow me to get at it?

Turquoise is a gem and needs a mine with a rails for stones in order to extract.

I have those too, as a quarry didn't make much sense (but that's what the guide has). But, I think I only have simple rails in both, so I will try an upgrade and see if that works.

Thanks for the help!

there are 2 types of rails - rails for ores and rails for stones, both are put into mine, first one gives metal ores (if there are any) and second gems (if there are any), quarry is for stone lumps

A mine for gems will also allow you to dig fuels, if there are any in that region.
