Just click on the message to open the whisper dialog. In here, you can easily see his name and type /ignore <whateverhisnameis>

It is one of the best solution for now.
It is a long holiday and our tech are not available until Tuesday.
We, mostly Celine ♥, will manually mute and lock every spammer that we will catch, but one of the solutions for you is to ignore them. It's is not perfect but we still hope you wil have a great time playing... even with those.... !$%&* spamming you.
