Problem with creating new character on Wojtek

Hello, my friend is trying to play therian saga. But she can not create character in Wojtek. She is forced to create character in Loucantar. Whenever she creates character in Wojtek the game is booting her out.
So what can she do? I'm here in Wojtek so there is no point creating account in other realm.

You friend probably create a first character, then the game closes. It happens sometimes. Your friend can probably see a character named "-" on Wojtek. But can't delete it, so he hes blocked on Wojtek. But, even he doesn't see this "-" character... I can't do nothing here. He must write a mail to Support (support@virtys.com) using the email adress of his account.
