Character transfer

Is character transfer function finally working? It seems so, but I wanted to be sure before proceeding and buy the crossing!
Has someone tried it?

I tested it, buy a crossing on your target account (the one that is importing, the one that will receive the character).

If you have any problem, tell me here, i'll give you back the crossing

Yes! I tried and the character transfer is working fine!
Two little problems...
The first:


and the last: I emptied the source account of its character, but was not aware that the blue crowns won't follow the last character of the account! Now I have an empty account with some unusable blue crowns. Is it possible to transfer not only characters but also blue crowns from empty accounts, for not to waste them?

Simple solution = login to old account and start a new character, it's free (i just tried it).
Next redeem all leftover crowns from account shop and have the new character mail them to your main character.
This only works for crowns, not for emperial objects like Phoenix potion or lamden tea.

If we do intend to transfer the last character of an account to another, is there any way to get a refund on upgrades purchased on the old account, or is that BC gone forever?

Well , normally we use character transfer to merge your account to one that you have unlocked the game upgrade, I'm not sure why you would do the opposite?

For BC the best solution would be to use ingame transfers yes.

In this scenario, both accounts have purchased BC and applied it as upgrades. Ideally, I'd like to merge them without essentially losing the BC spent on the old account.
It's totally a result of poor foresight on my part, so I can understand if it's not something that can be done.
