Olkgu weirdness

Postby ScrewedUp » Sat 21 Apr 2018, 01:44

Some Olkgu parts have a totally different color on females than on males, and the change in color the fabric goes through when it supposedly isn't in the light is too extreme.
Female mystion faulds, sim pants (that dangly bit between the legs) and sim tabard

Male mystion faulds, sim pants and mystion tabard (what's the reason for that large dark area ?)

Hello,

We have "base" (uncolored + "shadows/effects") pictures for clothes.
And we have fabrics and dyes for the color.
We won't manually color each part in each color.

As olkgu = strange mix of olkznar and wingu (a dark and a bright white fabrics), it's normal to see light and dark colors.

What's more weird is that the fabric name doesn't always show up in clothing made from olkgu: "Exceptional Simalian Pants" for example.

Ah yes. but that' not restricted to olkgu or clothing, seen that on various items, for example soletto bellows that only read exceptional bellows.
