In the process of building a watermill, so whihc vendor sells soft leather to help speed things up? Also where are they based?

Another question - is hunting doe the quickest was to accumulate soft leather?

Or stag (90% in shortpoint -> easily 100% at home, 3-7 with tanning)
Or rabbit (breeding, can't remember how many dead hares we collect with "transform" task)
