I double checked and you all got it. The items are not in your bag but at the account level. You need to redeem them on one character from the in-game shop window.

Also FYI: 985 accounts were affected.

Problem występował tylko w wersji 36 stable, beta oraz developer 37. Dla każdego kto ma podobny błąd polecam wrócenie do 35
