Unfortunately yes, but anyway no one cares and takes precautions. Urban planning is like a joke, people just bribe the officials and get a building of as many as floors they want. A lot of buildings have been built after the '90s using sea sand and these buildings are in a very poor condition now. All the house owners are after money, not safety.

All the house owners are after money, not safety. there is a very big earthquake expected in the future in Istanbul and I want neither me nor my family to get harmed.
