Когда-то был зарегистрирован персонаж на почту

можно как-нибудь восстановить?
Зарегистрировать аккаунт на эту почту по новому не получается(

При входе в персонажа выскакивает ошибка
"Неизвестная ошибка: SocketError: TimedOut"

Just retry. It happen sometimes.
If it doesn't work, check if your ports 80, 943 and 4510 are open. Check if your antivirus and firewall don't block Silverlight or TherianSaga.
