Lvling Urban skill beyond 30

Hi
I'm trying to get Gaspard but currently stuck at the task in Bolgatur fortress as it requires 38 urban skill
I can only seem to find tasks or locations with 30 urban to lvl at, anyone have a suggestion for where I can further lvl urban, be it fighting or with skills?

-> For exemple, Urban 40 / Fighting : Tarsinith (Giant Plains) and inside the laboratory (Renaissance Moutains)
