I can see only: malachite and cassiterie gemstone to extraction in Highaerie area. There are many others but I am not seeing in any mine. Source: wiki guide. Help me please.

Gems and coal : mine + a rail system for stones
(quarry + a rail system for ore = nothing)

Public mines / quarries (etc) have only some specific resources
