Is there a way to change the game interface language?

Postby Dondoliggalu » Mon 14 Nov 2016, 17:56

Hi,

I came back to Therian Saga after a long break and started with a fresh character but when I downloaded and installed the game, I see the interface in my native language (system language). I want it to be in English, is there a way to change the game language?

Thanks.

Hello,

It's Silverlight that choose the interface's language. And he takes the language of your OS. We're not able to give a specific pack for each language.

Some players changed it by this way
- add English to the OS (Windows 10 : win+I → time&language → add new) and put it as your default choice
- uninstall the game and silverlight (+ccleaner to be sure SL don't remember your previous choice) + the same for the browser
- restart computer (to be sure your OS is in the new language)
- download the browser and put it in English + download/install the game (and SL)
- choose again your native language for your OS

Sometimes it works, sometimes not :/ Hope this will be ok for you :)

Hi,

Thank you for the clarification. I'm not on Windows 10 and can't change my system language at the moment. I guess, I will have to play at a later time.

hi, i would like to contribute to this thread.

As my native language is different than English, I searched ways to play it in English for months. then I discovered something:

In windows, go to Control Panel \ Clock, Language, and Region \ Change keyboards and other input methods. select the administrative tab. change the language under "language for non-unicode programs". Voilà!

My keyboard input is still in my native language :)
