problem with harnois armor recipes

hallo,
I did the Study parakonian documents quest and I earned the following recipes (at least I saw the message on the screen saying so)
Harnois Chest
Harnois Arms
Harnois Legs
Harnois Boots
Harnois Gauntlet
Armor Reinforcement

Now the only recipe I can do in a forgery/foundry is the Armor Reinforcement.
Do I need to be in a "special workshop" or unlock another quest to make the other harnois armor?

As far as I know ... these type of armor are made in guild building

Hi guys

Harnois Armour has it's own Tab within a Metallurgical Factory which is a guild building.

The recipe for this is received from the 'Parakonian delegation' within a Guild Manor

It really shouldn't take much persuasion. Harnois is essential for the more advanced areas of the game.
