Were old accounts deleted?

I have not played Therian Sage for a while and i wanted to try it out again, but it seems my old account is inaccessible. Does anyone know if inactive accounts are deleted when not accessed for a long time?

The game was part of Gameforge for some time. When they separate ... every player have option to transfer his account to the place we are now ... or not.
I think that if you're not check the option (because you didn't play at that time) ... your account is gone. Sorry.

Send an email to Virtys Support to see if they can retrieve your account. support@virtys.com
They were able to retrieve mine from the old Gameforge files.

Yep. We've not saved the old accounts (informations about the players), but the characters (informations about the hesroes) are still in our databases
