Besides the loot from the fight and the reward of the action itself, does it change anything ?

Each of the 3 choices gives a different quest item, anyone knows what the differences are down the line ?
Is this a choice like we had in Norstria with one choice giving an action for pacts and the other giving an action for another faction ?
