145.5 effort (Astrishield)

Finally learned the Astrishield recipe last night, which it seems requires 145.5 effort to complete. The best sleeping place I have available is the guild castle at 75 comfort which gives 137.5 energy. I've been experimenting trying to figure out a way to get to 91 comfort in any sleeping place and have failed (at that level the 20 bonus from a cottage or mansion is almost negated by the 0.8 multiplier on the furniture) - can anyone help with how to get enough energy for one single huge task?

I did once a year or two back log in and found I had about 160, but that seemed to be a bug involved getting mutilated while having actions queued, and I never investigated the precise mechanism. Regen potions won't allow me to exceed the 100 cap, so what else is there?

It's very simple. Put a dream of 10 ticks, then put the task with a duration of about 100 or higher, drink a jar on 41/7 and take off all the tasks. You will have 141 energy.
