Item sold out at shops

I'd like to ask you what is the time to buy the same items again at npc shops? I bought all copper blades and now it's sold out.

It varies from shop to shop and I think there's some element of randomness (certainly there is in terms of how much they stock). If there is a schedule, no one I'm aware of has discerned it. The herbalist in Maliken, for example, is worthless - she rarely has anything in stock. But the metal guy up there is pretty good.

It's not necessary to ask the same question on different places

I confirm : there is a an element of randomness.
Like : 2hours + or - 30 minutes
And it's much longer for some shop (can't remember if a shop have more than a week)
