No crowns after buying ...

This morning I bought a crown and has so far not got !!


What is going on ?

Probably u got ur crowns, but have to redeem them in game. At in game screen press Shop button -> Blue Crowns, and there u will see the redeem option.

Send us an email to support@virtys.zendesk.com with your username and email and we'll confirm, but we had case where paypal have a problem with the transaction and do no notifiy us, so the trasaction does not occur, but our game does not know.

We'll continue this discution in private as I will need personnal information to check that out.
