I got to Norstria and was amazed at the really high levels of urban required. Clothing increases urban just a tiny bit. What's the best way to max urban? There's an average of a 10-point gap between my urban and Norstria's required urban. I've a good level ring and high quality clothing.

Fighting in the depths can get you to 63 I believe. Wingu or Goldnester clothes work well. Companion wise you can use a sister at arms for decently high urban or a diplomat for very high urban.

[Laerities/Volund]

Young Lord I believe also has decent Urban an 6.6 pots can be crafted so you can do actions that will also raise your level. However if you want to be able to get Rowan and such you would want to raise your Urban by training in the depths. (Decent loot as well
