For some reason I'm not able to turn in two quests right now. "A Talking Garment" and "Military Stories". I have the items I need and the quest marker shows up on their locations, but the quest givers don't have the dialog options to turn them in.

If I remember correctly you need to have the Guide in your team to turn in "A Talking Garment"

for the other one, make sure you have the artefacts in your bag not stored away

Thanks, that worked for "A Talking Garment" but still no luck on "Military Stories". I have 10 military fragments in my bag but there's still no dialog to turn it in...

Ahh, never mind. I got it. The quest says it's Fayselle at Berius Delta, but apparently you need to turn it in at the Raven Inn.
