Halooween - It's been a year.

I see no new Halloween quests. Have Hawk and lanfar masks. Who can I talk to in Norstria for Halloween quests?
You must not celebrate Halloween because you spelled it wrong and its over... In U.S its night time November 1st which means in pretty much everywhere else its November 2nd and Halloween is 31st.
Although if the quest is still available its in Hawkoria in the Visitors district iirc
