If you have a message saying 'a new version is available, the game will be reloaded' every time after character selection, you'll probably have to clear the cache again.

clearing cache didn't work for me. I still can't get past the pop-up about re-loading. Very frustrating.

Edit: I was clearing offline cache, derp, cleared the live cache and a miracle happened. It worked. lol
