[Fixed] Character got logged off immediately after logging into game

[Bug is fixed and I can log in now]

My main character "Gib", after logging into a game and seeing the "Please wait" message for few seconds, got logged off immediately and returned to the homepage. I tried it several times and still could not stay in the game long enough to do anything.

The other four characters on the same accounts have no problem staying in the game.

Problem remains, still could not play.

I have completely the same problem. I can't login my character over 1 day. Clearing of cache or cookies doesn't help.

I'm assuming they haven't acknowledged that there is a problem yet?
Sent an email about the issue but no reply yet.

I forgot I could send a mail directly to the support.
