Confidence Balm BUG

I used 2 balms on my Emerust to increase mech str and stab str. Went up as expected.
As soon as I crossed a border when walking, he went back to ORIGINAL SCORES.

I am not sure this is working correctly, even in the new patch.

I used a Confidence Balm on a T3 companion (Visionary) in v1.20 prior to the bug fix patch, and saw the same issue as the original poster. His stats went up but then went back down again immediately.

Now the 1.20 bug fix patch is out, I tried to balm the same companion again. This time the changes took effect permanently, but his stats appear to have maxed out at 11 and cannot be increased further. I believe they are meant to be able to go up to 12.
