New quest task bugged

When I try to acquire an Amzinas quartz through the "Exchange potions for a jewel" task it won't let me, claiming that "You do not have all the components required to complete this task" even though I do.

I have a small uncut quartz in my bags (not profession chest), and a stack of 10x meticulousness ampoules (only 5 are needed for the task).

ANy thoughts? What am I missing?

I have both. The 10x stack I referred to is of ampoules (the thin ones). I have, in fact, several stacks of each. Only one of those stacks is at least 5x strong, and that is the mentioned 10x stack of meticulousness ampoules.

As a work around, maybe try to drop your other stacks of meticulous ampoules/vials in a concession ?
