Uknown Web Error

I cant enter to the game, i try in Browser and Therian Client, the error its "Unknown Web Error" I dont know what to do D:

Hello,

Can you launch the client but not select a character ? If it's the problem, verify that ports 80, 943 and 4510 are open. And that none of your software (antivirus, firewall,..) block the game or Silverlight.

If you play on a public connexion (school, work, outdoor,...), the ports are probably blocked :/

Where can I verify that?

It depends on so much things ... your OS, softwares, box/modem, provider,...

Windows : parameters (button windows + i) → Network & Internet → network properties + windows firewall
+ options for your antivirus
+ you have maybe a specific firewall softwar
+ check your box/modem (each internet service provider has specific options, with Telenet I can check it on my client page)
