Lost Premium Account...

Hi their, so I played originally before the servers were taken down and just recently found they were brought back up, however I have none of my chars - and I am a paid player. Spent over 100$ myself, and had a few referred players who also spent quite a sum each.
So, I was wondering - I have emails between me and the old virtys(Not sure if it's still the originals around or not.) - and it shows my record of accounts being noted.

I haven't received a reply, so was wondering if there was some way I could speed this up - I once was a paid player, with QUITE some time invested.

There is currently an OLD email that was between myself and virtys staff sent, with a new message for a review of my chars being returned or some sort of possible reimbursement ingame

Hello,

The Old Virtys is... the same Virtys as now ;) But the adress to contact us has changed since we work again alone.

If you had an old account and didn't validate the transfer from Gameforge to Virtys (December 2015) :
- create a new empty account
- send us a mail to support@virtys.com
- tell us the name of your new account, and the name + server of your heroes
We're able to give you your characters back, and the premium etc you had ;)
Isn't it wonderful ? :D

But we don't work on account here ;)
