(Closed) Didn't get ability to queue tasks after sleeping

I spent 7€ in the store to buy 200Crowns.
The website said

When you buy 200 blue crowns using our online shop or promotional code, you get "premium" status and an important advantage: sleep readiness, which allows you to plan tasks following a sleep cycle.

I got the premium style portrait border, the 200Crowns and a new date display over the task bar, but not the sleep readiness. People in chat said to contact support.
