TownSquare - Bug or Exploit?

In the 'Town Square' region, I noticed an oddity with the player listing. Tried reaching out to players in the list to see what was going on but no response, so reporting here. The gif is real-time.

Seems like a bug - potentially a server-bogging bug that might want to get looked at.

Ahahahahah, no that's not, it's a boss farm where you need to switch between two locations, that's why the portrait show up and disaspear again. There is alway at least one person farming this area, so it's normal if you see that everytime^^

That is a notorious botting spot, that they didn't respond to you raises some questions...
