Cant connect without using opendns

There is somekind of ban active on latin america ips? I have been playing for a while but since yesterday (05/23/17) i couldnt play anymore via the client or mozilla browser.

Hello,

We do nothing with IP. And your account is not "lock"

What do you mean with "couldnt play"? connexion on your account? on the game ? on the server ? silverlight doesn't work?
Have you try the client ? another browser?
Do you try from school/hostel/work (they generally lock ports 80, 943 and 4510 and they are request to play)?
Have you check your firewall and antivirus?

Sry for the delay, i used to play at home (usual isp) and at work with my 3g mobile conection without problems until
may 24th, since then I have tried the downloable client which i usually use(it gets stuck at the first loading screen) and IE (repots a dns error)
Also when i try to download the client again in any browser, it shows a DNS error too.
Tried in a friends house, had the same problem, thats why im wondering if its a server side thing or some sort of country isp problem.
Im able to play using open DNS

Are you playing from Argentina with Fibertel ?
If yes, you can find a solution here (same moment, same problem, ES langage) :

yes, but it seems my mobile conection (which is not fibertel) is affected too, anyways thanks, opendns or google dns will work :), you can close the topic now

Your mobile connexion probably use fibretel, or there is maybe another provider that did the same "changes" :/
