I just try and have no problem to connect my hero on Ruslana.

"Where" doesn't it work for you ? Connecting your account ? Connecting your character ?
Do you play at home or with a public connexion ? Are your port 80, 943 and 4510 open ?
Have you check your firewall and antivirus ? Don't they block the game or silverlight ?
Do you play browser, Virtys Client or Steam Client ?
