Crowns dont show up ingame

hey guys,

I just bought 200 crowns via the website and they dont show up ingame. I already restarted the game several times. They do show up on the website however.

Could someone please fix this?

Have you tried to redeem the blue crowns in game?

1. After you you log into the game, click the "Shop" button (located at the top of the game interface).

2. Select the first tab "Blue Crowns" in the "Shop" interface.

3. Click "Redeem" to retrieve the blue crowns.

there are no crowns to redeem ingame. It says 0. The transaction shows up on the website. I have a transaction ID and whatnot. they just wont show up ingame.

The transaction might take a while.

And with problems like this, it is better to send email directly to support@virtys.com.

Hello,

if you have a steam account, you should use the steam shop, not the one of theriansaga.com. The steam-virtys shop is available when you start the game.

Please send us a mail and don't forget to mention
- name of your character + server (Lufos on Loucantar)
- name and mail of the account used on the virtys shop (http://www.theriansaga.com/shop/)
