I didn't get my crowns.

I just bought 1000 Crowns but i didnt get them. I bought them from the steam store but i dont have anything to redeem.
What information from me does support need from me in order for me to get my crowns?

I saw another post who had the smae issue so maybe there's a process.

Hope i get them soon

• name + server of one of your characterdate of purchase
• date + code of the transaction
