Items in mail disappeared

I sent 10 Elk Skin 10 Nettle Fabric and 2 Junlo from my Character Marbles to Rufenstien but the mail was empty when it arrived?
1/5/18 at about 1:27 Pacific time

you probably clicked deposit all before sending the mail
if so items are still in profession chest on marbles
