problem connecting

I can not connect to the game anymore
my last action in the game was the capture of a cristallyne garkul pet and after that the game stopped working
Can someone help me please

Hello,

I need some more informations to help you : "where" is the problem ?
- can you connect on the website ?
- do you play with our Client, steam Client or by browser ?
- can you connect in-game and see your characters ? and then can not enter on your server ?

Some tips :
- restart modem/box
- be sure that ports 80, 943 and 4510 are open
- verify that antivirus, firewall etc don't block the game, Client and Silverlight
- cleat cache (if playing by browser), and SL memory (launche game, right clic, clic Silverlight, clic last tab (memory) and choose "clear all", relaunch game)

When it happens, generally just restart box/modem is enough.
Don't forget to check your "protection" softwares and ports.


(I can log your account and character with the admin Console, so there's no problem with your account ^^)

It's different for "everyone" (provider, operating system, ethernet card...).
But I'm sure your favorite search engine will find a website that explain it for your case.
I see that on my "personal account" on my provider website : I have access to my modem's settings.

Note : if you play on a public connection (hotel, airport, school, work...), the network manager probably closed those ports : there are "games" ports.
Can ask him to re-open them but... it's not always a good idea ;) ("Hi boss, I want to play a game instead of work, can you ask the tech' to re-open gaming ports ? :mrgreen: ")

Note2 : pay attention to "free ports test " on the web, they said all my ports are closed (... I have maybe a magical connection and don't need to be connected to use the Internet :lol: ... in fact it's just because Windows block these tests)

I uninstalled and installed the game again and it worked :)
