I opened two adventurer's chests I received from the new event from completing a quest at the meeting place in Norstria. I received nothing. Is this working as intended?

well if you received nothing... öhm i guess not. Did you really receive nothing? Did you reload and ceck if you then had the items in your bag?

I just did. Still nothing.

I haven't finished the quest yet. I can check later if it works for me when I have the chests.
Usually writing to support@virtys.com mentioning your problem and account name is the best solution in cases like this one.

There's no bug.
But if you already have one of those items, you won't see another stack, it will "just" increase the number of possessed items. it's not obvious as a change =/
