Account upgrades didnt transfered to another server

Hello.
I played Therians Saga in 2015 on Nicolas server. A week ago started at Loucantar server. I delete my old character at Nicolas and create a new one at Loucantar. But none of my acc upgrades were transfered to Loucantar. Premium status didnt transfers too.
What i do wrong and how i can transfer my upgrades? Thx

Seems we have a problem with support (I sent a mail to support a few minutes ago and I can't see it). We're working on it.
