Arena Matchmaking Extremely Slow

I've been trying to fight my alt in the arena and it takes about 5 to 10 minutes to find a match even when me and my alt are the only two characters at the arena. Is this a bug? Can we look into this issue?

If your ratings are VERY far apart it can get long like that. Seems the rating difference part of the algorithm seems to override the "only other person looking for match" part.
