toon will not load

One of my toons, Lori, will not load. My other 4 toons load just fine. Could you please look into this?

Am using the desktop client.

I can connect Lori, so there's no problem on our side.

Did you try :
1. Clear Silverlight's memory : start the Client, right clic, clic Silverlight, last tab choose "delete all" (or something like that), close and relaunch the Client.
2 If it's not enough : uninstall/reinstall the client and Silverlight, don't forget to 'clean' your computer after both uninstall, with a software like Ccleaner
