Random Disconnects

Once or twice a day, everyone on Lanfar server is kicked. During the disconnect, chat is uneffected, but mail, reports, finishing or queuing an action will close the client. It seems to happen to both Browser and Desktop clients. It strikes everyone on the server at the same time.

The server doesn't crash, it just kicks everyone. We can log back in right away. Can watch your social list go offline 1 after another.

sorry, I meant everyone got kicked
and yes its not just me, I asked around for confirmation
when my browser crashes the ingame page refreshes, which doesn't work, so I get an error message of login failure
when the server kicks me, it is similar to AFK time-out and sends you straight to the main page
and it happens when you que activities, so it was/is definitely not AFK kick

Another kick at noon US EDT.
A piece of information: The kicks happen if you finish an action, queue something or try to access something (mail, pro chest, etc) during a window. If you don't click anything and have a very long action running, sometimes you don't get kicked, the game reconnects after the window is over.

We changed a configuration on the server that could have been the cause for this. Please keep us informed if it happen again.

Have you the same randm disconnects ?
We found something on Lanfar and Fauconnia, not on the other servers.

We have not random disconnects. We have systematic disconnects on Nostria every 12 hours.

I've fixed something on Agonedus and other server, thing should be ok now.
